Meet the Founder - Jennifer Marecki

Jenn Marecki developed this business model to fit the needs of small to mid-sized businesses.

Over a career spanning 30+ years, Jenn has developed a passion for all-things human resources.  Over her career, Jenn has worked with companies of all sizes (from Fortune 500 Companies to start-up and everything in between), in roles such as Sr. Consultant, Broker, Staffing and Recruitment Manager, Compliance Leader, Employee and Labor Relations, Operations Director and Vendor Negotiations Manager.  During that time, Jenn realized that one company’s needs differ dramatically from another’s.  And thus the fractional HR model was born. 

Jenn is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Sociology and Communications. When she is not focused on helping clients navigate the constantly changing HR world, Jenn enjoys golfing, reading and all things UConn Huskies.
